The terms "The Email Laundry" or "us" refers to Clean Communications Ltd, the providers of email filtering services ("Services"). The terms "customer" or "you" refers to the subscriber of the Services.
				
By submitting your form below you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use of the Services:
				
1. The use of the Services are dependent on you changing your MX records (in DNS). The customer agrees to change its MX records at the start and termination of the Services in accordance with the requirements of the Services and as specified by us;
				
2. You accept the Services on an "as is" basis, without any express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and infringement of proprietary interests;
				
3. Under no circumstances shall Clean Communications Ltd, its owners, directors, partners, successors, subsidiaries, employees and agents be liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from the customer's use of the Services;
				
4. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless against any third party claims arising as a result of the use of the Services;
				
5. You agree to use the Services in a lawful manner.
