Email showing up as .EML attachment
Email is being journaled by customer server and sent to the archive. However the email is showing up in the archive as a .EML attachment.
Email shows up in the inbox with From, To, Subject, Date fields in place. However the body of the email is showing up with following fields:
The original email itself is stored as that attachment in the email.
Exchange Server 2007
1. Customer account is not configured correctly on LiveOffice side. Customer is configured to use Exchange 2003 which has a different journaling format and so emails are not being properly added to the archive.
