Login Failed Due to Incorrect Credentials
The following error may be displayed in the browser:
This can be caused by the following problems:
1. The account has expired (not likely as it’s only affecting one user)
2. The user/password combination entered into the “Change Credentials” dialog on the Cloud Link client is invalid i.e. there isn’t a corresponding user/pass set up in the cloud dashboard
3. If Active Directory mode is in use, it could mean that the logged in user doesn’t have the “E-mail” field filled out in their Active Directory account profile. It must match the e-mail of a user in the cloud dashboard.
4. If Active Directory mode is in use, it could mean that the Global Password configured in Cloud Link doesn’t match the Global Password set up in the cloud dashboard.
